CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” won closed tender on design and detailed documentation for “East Siberia Pacific Ocean – Komsomolskiy Refinery” oil pipeline branch. Customer - ООО “Rosneft-SakhalinNIPImorneft”.

CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” won open tender on survey and design activities for “Gasification of villages, settlements and central part of Adler region” project relating to LP gas pipelines. Customer – Krasnodar Region State Institution “Fuel/energy complex coordination agency”.

CJSC “SRIDS “InjGeo”” successfully passed the second inspection of the quality management system for compliance with STO Gasprom 9001-2006.

CJSC “SRIDS “InjGeo”” was awarded the TUV International Certification, which confirm that the company observes the quality management system according to ЕН ИСО 9001:2008 requirements.

CJSC “SRIDS “InjGeo”” participated in the “Russian fuel and energy facilities in the XXI century exhibition”, April, 7-10th, that took place within the frames of “All Russian energetic forum” in Moscow. Companies of the oil and gas transportation, refining sector and electric power industry participated in the exhibition. CJSC “SRIDS “InjGeo”” specialists introduced to exhibition participants and visitors the institute services and outlined the possibilities of future cooperation in Fuel/Energy Facilities.

Corporation management structure was changed by the sole shareholder resolution to create Corporate joint executive committee.

New edition of CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” corporate charter (No.6) was approved by sole shareholder resolution No. 25, dated 4.02.2010.

CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” was declared a winner in tender for selecting contractor for environmental survey in the following OOO "RN - Tuapse Refinery" facilities:

• 1. “Combination unit №3 (title 672-10)”,
• 2. “Combination unit-2. Facility 430-10. Section 3000 – Hydrotreatment of diesel fuel and Hydrocracking of vacuum gasoil”,
• 3. “Circulation water supply” №1 (title 862-02/1).

CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” won the tender on engineering survey for the following projects of OOO "RN - Tuapse Refinery":

• "Gas Turbine Unit - Heat Power Plant (tit. 871-10)","GPP-1 (tit. 871-11" (lot № 70).
• "Combined unit farm №2 (tit. 430-11)", "Combined unit farm №4 (tit. 350-11)" (lot № 69).

On October 30, 2009, summing up the results of young specialists probation was held in CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo”.

CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” is selected a winner of closed tender as a contest to perform Design and Detailed documentation for 2 and 3 construction stages and complete development of Ust Luga commercial sea port loading complex in compliance with decision of OAO “Rosneftbunker” contest commission.

On September, 4th at 15.30  , the corporate party  dedicated to the Oil and gas worker’s day took place at the Krasnodar academic drama theatre.
In its official session, company top managers  congratulated the collective on holiday and  the best employees were awarded by honor certificates. Also, the results of the competition “Child  charm: “ I am the future uphole oilman” “ and photo competition “injGeo-the oil and gas industry icebreaker” were announced.
The comedy show  “Night taxi driver” was played for InjGeo employees after  the wine and brie session was finished.

CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” completed developing Final documentation for construction of main gas pipeline Akhangaran – Pungan thru Kamchik pass (km 70 – km 130). The basis for designing this project was Feasibility Study and tender documentation approved by Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan on 17.01.2008. Customer of this documentation is “ZEROMAX Gmbh” (Switzerland), SP ООО «NEFTGAZ SANOAT LOYHA».
Within this project construction of main gas pipeline “Akhangaran – Pungan” of 62.098 km across Kamchik pass is anticipated.
The main gas pipeline being designed is located in the South-East of Uzbekistan. The pipeline section is characterized by stiff mountain terrain with strongly high relief. All rivers and sais crossed over by gas pipeline are mudflow hazardous.
Implementation of the project provided invaluable experience of designing large diameter gas pipeline (D = 1200 mm) in most complicated mountainous conditions (2500 m altitude). Presently construction of the above main gas pipeline section is in progress.

CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” is nominated GENERAL DESIGNER for OAO “AK Transneft” project:

• “Revamping and upgrading “Lisichansk – Tikhoretsk – 1, 2” main oil pipeline”;
• “Construction of new “Tikhoretsk – Tuapse – 2” main oil pipeline”   

CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” is declared a winner of the following tenders for design and survey activities:

• Expansion of East Siberia-Pacific Ocean pipeline system. Section of Main Oil transfer station “Taishet” – Oil Transfer Station “Skovorodino”. Arranging statements for selecting ground and forest lands, pre-approving project location.
• Expansion of pipeline system “East Siberia – Pacific ocean”. Section of Main Oil transfer station “Taishet” – Oil Transfer Station “Skovorodino”. Engineering survey (field and cameral jobs)
•  East Siberia-Pacific Ocean pipeline system, section of oil transfer station “Skovorodino” – main oil pipeline “Kozmino” (East Siberia-Pacific Ocean – II). Expansion of  “Kozmino” main oil pipeline
• Revamping Pshekskaya oil transfer station. Automation system.
• Motor roads in Imeretinskaya low land (design and survey activities, construction)
• Main oil pipeline “Tikhoretsk – Tuapse 2”. Section Tikhoretsk – Zarechie. Construction

CJSC “SRIDS JngGeo” won the tender for performing jobs of OAO “NK Rosneft” – Land management. Land allocation for construction of water reservoir on Novorudnaya river and waterway upto Primorskiy refinery.

CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” has been successfully certified at OAO “NK Rosneft” to perform contracting activities in capital construction field. This certification means that CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” has the right to participate in OAO “NK Rosneft” tenders for design and survey activities to develop project and detailed documentation for oil producing industry as well as to perform similar jobs in OAO “NK Rosneft” branches.

Summer vacation period was opened for children on July, 11th. Continuing the tradition, for InjGeo employers’ children , first vacation period at one of the littoral summer camp was organized.

In June, 22 – 26, 2009 the first observational audit has successfully been performed at CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” to comply requirements of Gazprom 9001 STO standard. No considerable contradictions were revealed. Certification agency extended the certificate validity over the next period

Contest of children drawings “Planet of childhood” was held for the children of CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” employees on the threshold of International Child Protection Day.

CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” is declared a winner of the closed tender for design and survey “East Siberia – Pacific Ocean pipeline system, Oil transfer station “Skovorodino” – Special sea oil harbor “Kozmino” section” (ESPO-II), handled by OAO “Giprotruboprovod” contest commission.
Further, as per results of the closed tender carried out at ОАО “Giprotruboprovod”, CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” will be involved in integral engineering survey at “Construction of Main oil pipeline “Tikhoretsk – Tuapse 2”, Tikhoretsk – Zarechie section.”

Meeting of Tender committee for selection of Olympic facility design contractors, Lot 39 “Motor roads at Imeretinskaya lowland”, resulted in selecting “SRIDS InjGeo”. Totally six applications were made from Moscow, Omsk, Voronezh, Volgograd and Krasnodar bidders. As per qualification and competition shortlisting, competition committee members made a decision to award a survey and design contract to CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo”

CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” became an assignor of "ИнжГео/InjGeo" filed in RF State Register of trade and service marks on 19th of March, 2009.

Basing on solution of CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” sole shareholder, changes have been made to the society constitutive documents relating to elimination of “President” position from the society organigram.
Orest V. Kasharaba is dismissed from a position of CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” president by decision of CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” Board of Directors No. 71 of 01.04.09.
