October 7, 2011 summation of young specialist post graduate training in CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” took place.

Complying to the company workforce policies, young specialist training is carried out annually. During the first year of work in CJSC “SRIDS InjGeo” a graduate is followed up by tutor to help young specialist to get adopted in the company, learn to most efficiently apply theoretical knowledge, understand profession specifics.

Young specialists are subject to annual certification basing on their performance. Certification commission gets familiarized with young specialists reports about the job done and actual achievements.

In 2011, 12 young specialists ran training to be 12. These are mostly the representatives of design subdivisions, graduates of largest higher schools not only of Kuban (KubGTU, KubGAU, KunGU), but Oil and gas university named after I.M. Gubkina, Kazan state technological university named after A.N. Tupolev, South Russia state engineering university (Novocherkassk polytechnical institute).

Certification commission noted high professional level of young specialists.
